Since 1986 my main home has always been in Knowsley and I have frequently under-claimed on several expenses.
Sir Thomas Legg wrote to me on 30 November to confirm that he has "no issues" with my expenditure claims. This follows his interim letter of 12 October stating that he had no concerns about my expenses and did not require any further evidence.
The letters from Sir Thomas follow an investigation into the detail of all claims by MPs under the Additional Costs Allowance during the years 2004-05 to 2008-09. All MPs received letters in October and November concerning his findings.
I first published all my expenses going back to 2004-05 in May 09 on this website. From December 09, all MPs' expenditure has been published on the Parliament website. You can view all my expenses on that site.
